These terms apply when you use this website, send us an enquiry, or use the client account we open for you. By using the website you agree to them.

  1. 01Who we are

    FRS is the trading name of FRANS ECOMMERCE ENTERPRISE, registered in Malaysia under number 202003155151 (003128294-A). You can reach us at [email protected].

  2. 02Using this website

    The website describes our company, our services and our products. We keep it accurate, but what it says is general information, not an offer, and it may change without notice.

    Do not try to break, overload or get into any part of the website, the back office or the CRM that you have not been given access to.

  3. 03Enquiries and quotes

    Sending the contact form does not create a contract. A project starts when both sides agree to a written quote or agreement, and for that project its terms take precedence over these.

  4. 04Client accounts

    When you become a client, we open an account for you on our CRM at crm.frs.com.my, where you can follow the progress of your project.

    • Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
    • The account is for following your own projects. We may suspend an account that is misused.

  5. 05Our products

    Glivo and FransChat have their own websites. Where they publish their own terms, those terms apply to using them.

  6. 06Ownership

    The text, design and images of this website, and the names and logos of FRS, Glivo and FransChat, belong to FRS. Do not reuse them without asking.

    Who owns the work we make for a client is set out in that project's quote or agreement.

  7. 07Links to other websites

    Links to other websites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for what those websites contain.

  8. 08Liability

    The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, FRS is not liable for loss that comes from using the website or from relying on what it says.

  9. 09Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
